Warranty Policies
CSF, Inc.
Cooling System's and Flexibles,
Inc. (CSF) warrants this radiator, under normal use and service,
for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which
the radiator was originally installed, excluding the 'All-Aluminum'
line of radiators which is warrantied for 2 Years.
This warranty covers any parts furnished
from the factory of CSF, but does not include labor and materials
of any kind not furnished by CSF. This warranty does not apply
to any equipment which shall have been repaired or altered outside
the factory of CSF in any way so as, in the judgment of CSF, to
affect its stability. This warranty does not apply to any equipment
which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or operating conditions
in excess of those for which such equipment was designed. The
warranty does not apply if the vehicle in which the radiator was
installed was used in commercial (including fleet), governmental,
off-road or racing applications. This warranty does not cover
the effects of physical or chemical properties of water or steam
or other liquids or gases used in the equipment. This warranty
does not apply to CSF radiators that have failed due to external
corrosion, including salt air corrosion for coastal areas during
the first five years. This warranty is extended to and enforceable
only by the first purchaser at retail.
CSF's warranty of its products to
be free from all defects in material and workmanship, as limited
herein, shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties,
except warranties implied by law. All warranties, whether expressed
or implied, including, warranties of merchantability and fitness
for purpose, which extend beyond the description herein, are expressly
disclaimed.
In order to obtain CSF's performance
of any warranty obligation, purchaser must return the part or
parts to the place of purchase, with all shipping or transportation
charges prepaid. If, in the judgment of CSF, this warranty does
not apply to the part or parts returned to the place of purchase,
then purchaser must prepay all return shipping and transportation
charges from the place of purchase to purchaser, in addition to
those shipping or transportation charges which purchaser shall
have previously prepaid.
Purchaser's remedy for breach of
this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part
or parts for which the examination by CSF shall have disclose
to have been defective. Purchaser's remedy does not include reimbursement
for any labor or material charges incurred by purchaser for removal
or installation of parts, adjustments, repairs or any other work
done.
Under no circumstances shall CSF
be liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind
for breach of this warranty or of any implied warranty resulting
from the order or use of its products. These damages include (but
are not limited to) reimbursement of original purchase price,
loss of the use of the vehicle, loss of time or inconvenience,
towing charges, rental of a replacement vehicle and any other
special, incidental consequential, or punitive damages.
This warranty is not transferable
and is automatically canceled in the event that the vehicle in
which the radiator has been initially installed is sold, leased
or otherwise sold or transferred to another owner or lessee. CSF
neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to assume for it any
obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated.
DeWitt's
Reproduction Inc.
DeWitts Reproductions Inc.(DRI) warrants
its "Resto"aluminum radiators and surge tanks to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years
from the date of perchase at retail by the original purchaser. This
warranty is extended only to the first purchaser of any such radiator
at retail. If the radiator is used in any racing application this
warranty is considered null and void.
This warranty does not cover labor,
materials not manufactured by DRI, or shipping charges. Radiatorsrepaired
or altered by parties outside DRI are not covered by this warranty.
The retail purchaser is responsible for the appropiate use and application
of the product. This warranty does not cover the effects of physical
or chemical properties of water, steam, or other liquids used in
the radiator. Radiators used without an adequate proportion of premium
quality antifreeze coolant are not covered by this warranty. DRI
radiators require a correct proportion of quality coolant which
contains aluminum corrosion inhibitors in the formula. All Corvette
cooling systems must include a radiator pressure cap with the proper
pressure rating.
Claims for internal damage of the
engine, components, cosmetics, or user's vehicle are not covered
by this warranty. It is the responsibility of the DRI product user
to monitor engine operation and have proper detection devices installed
to warn the user of overheating. Specific exemptions for DRI radiators
and surge tanks covered by this warranty include tube damage, balloning
or bursting from excessive engine operating temperate or pressure,
internal corrosion due to inadequate proportions of antifreeze/coolant,
damage to the radiator resulting fromcollision. DRI shall not be
responsible for damagesto its product or injury to persons using
the product when improperly opening radiator pressure caps, burst
hoses, etc. DRI shall not be responsible for injury or harm to persons
or property caused by persons or vehiclesusing our products.
The purchaser's remedy for breach
of this warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law,
is expressly limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts.
All products returned for warranty consideration must be returned
to DRI, with all transportation expenses prepaid. Upon receipt of
the product, DRI will examine the product to determine the condition
and validity of the claim. DRI reserves the right to repair or replace
the product at our discretion.
Radiators or products received, which
were damaged in shipping, should immediately be reported to the
shipping carrier as damaged, and claims of damage filed accordingly.
Contact the transport carrier (UPS, truck line, etc.) for procedures
in filing a damage claim with the carrier or their agent. Do not
return a product damaged in shipping to DRI.
For all returns, warranty claims,
repairs or exchanges, complete the return authorization form enclosed
and provide proof of original purchase by attaching a copy of the
original sales receipt.

Fluidyne
All FLUIDYNE High Performance products
are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a
period of one (1) year from date of retail purchase. If an item
is suspected of being defective, return it to FLUIDYNE High Performance
for inspection after obtaining the proper R.M.A. number. Obtain
an R.M.A. Number by contacting us directly at FLUIDYNE High Performance
at 1-800-FLUIDYNE or fax (()()390-3995. If an item is determined
to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
On warranty items, repair or replacement will be limited to parts
manufactured by FLUIDYNE High Performance and will not include claims
for labor or inconvenience. These terms apply as long as the product
was installed and used according to the guidelines set forth in
the FLUIDYNE High Performance Limited Warranty. Original receipt
with date of purchase must be supplied or warranty is null and void.
Koyo
As of September 12, 2005, Koyo Cooling
Systems has changed the warranty policy on their All-Aluminum Racing
radiators. Please read the copy of their new policy below.
Northern
Northern warranties it's radiators
for a period of one year from date of installation. Northern radiators
are guaranteed to be free of faults in materials, construction and
workmanship, and to perform satisfactorily provided that the radiator
is correctly mounted for the right application. The engine block
and cooling system must be free from rust, sludge and foreign matter
and the radiator shroud must be properly positioned and in working
order to make this warranty effective. Any radiator claimed defective
must be returned to our nearest distribution center; transportation
charges prepaid. Adjustment is subject to inspection.
Northern will not be responsible for
radiators damaged through carelessness or abuse.
If inspection proves the radiator
to be defective, a replacement will be provided. Any attempts at
local repairs automatically voids this warranty.
Silla Cooling
Systems
Silla Cooling Systems warrants their
radiators and condensers, under normal use and service, for as long
as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the radiator
was originally installed.
Silla Cooling Systems' warranty of
it's products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship,
as limited herein, shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other
warranties implied by law. All warranties, whether expressed or
implied including warranties of merchantability and fitness for
purpose extend beyond description herein, are expressly disclaimed.
This warranty covers any parts furnished
by Silla Cooling Systems, but does not include labor and materials
of any kind not furnished by Silla Cooling Systems. This warranty
is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail.
This warranty will be voided under
the following conditions...
1. If the vehicle is used for commercial
or fleet, governmental, off-road, or racing applications.
2. If the radiator fails due to corrosion, external or internal.
This includes the effects of salt-air corrosion and electrolysis
from internal cooling system fluids.
3. If in the judgment of Silla Cooling Systems, the radiator has
been subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions
in excess of those for which such equipment was designed.
4. A faulty vehicle engine temperature warning system.
5. Improper installation causing damage to connection threads.
6. If the vehicle in which the radiator has been initially installed
is sold, leased or otherwise sold or transferred to another owner
of lessee. Silla Cooling Systems neither assumes, nor authorizes
any person to assume for it, any obligation or liability other
than as herein expressly stated. This warranty is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover...
1. Any equipment which has been
repaired or altered without prior written consent of Silla Cooling
Systems.
2. Any incidental and consequential charges including those incurred
by overnight lodging, towing, shipping, loss of time, meals, rentals
or replacement vehicle. (All defective radiators must be returned
to the original point of purchase freight prepaid.)
3. The effects of physical or chemical properties of the water
or steam or other liquids or gases used in the radiator.
4. Claims for engine damage caused by overheating. Warning lights
and/or gauges are provided in all vehicles providing warning long
before engine damage occurs.
5. This warranty limits the remedy of repair or replacement of
any defective radiators at the discretion of Silla Cooling Systems.
Purchasers remedy does not include any unauthorized labor, material,
or transportation charges.
This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may have other rights that vary state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or
limitations or incidental or consequential damages, so some of the
limitation above may not apply to you.
In order to obtain Silla Cooling Systems
performance of any warranty obligation, purchaser must return the
part or parts to the place of purchase.
PWR Performance
Products
PWR Performance Products (PWR) warrant
its radiators and intercoolers are free from defects in materials
or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of retail
purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to
the original retail purchaser of the product and not transferable
in the event the vehicle in which the product is install is sold.
This warranty does not cover labor, inconvenience or freight. Radiators
or intercoolers repaired and/or altered by parties other than PWR
are not covered by this warranty.
The purchaser is responsible for the
appropriate use and application of the product. Claims for internal
damage to the engine, related components or user's vehicle are not
covered by this warranty. The PWR product user is responsible for
monitoring engine operation and for having proper detection devices
in place to warn the user of overheating and other engine-related
malfunctions.
If an item is suspected of being defective,
return it to PWR, for inspection after obtaining the proper R.G.A.
Number Obtain a R.G.A. Number by contacting us directly at PWR toll
free at (877)656-9256 or fax (909)656-0298. If an item is determined
to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at PWR discretion.
An original receipt with date of purchase will be required for this
warranty to be valid.
ARS
ARS (Absolute Radiator Sales) warrants
its radiators and intercoolers to be free from defects in materials
or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of retail
purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to
the original retail purchaser of the product and is not transferable
in the event the vehicle in which the product is install is sold
or any subsequent purchaser or owner of the Product.. This warranty
does not cover labor, inconvenience or freight. Radiators or intercoolers
repaired and/or altered by parties other than ARS are not covered
by this warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover,
and is void with respect to: (i) improper installation, storage,
repair, maintenance, modification, defects or failures due to misuse,
neglect, negligence, abuse, accident, physical damage, improper
handling or shipping, abnormal operation or operation contrary to
furnished instructions or warnings, exposure to fire, water, excessive
moisture or dampness, or any substance inside or outside the operating
system, or extreme changes in climate or temperature; (ii) cosmetic
damage; (iii) Products on which serial numbers have been removed,
altered or rendered illegible; (iv) cost of installation, removal
or reinstallation; or (v) damage resulting from fire, flood or other
acts or God or other acts which are not the fault of ARS.
Claims for damage or injury to the
engine, related components, user's vehicle, user's person or third
party's vehicle or person are not covered by this warranty. The
Product user is responsible for monitoring engine operation, checking
for leaks and for having proper detection devices in place to warn
the user of overheating and other engine-related malfunctions.
If an item is suspected of being defective,
return it to ARS, for inspection after obtaining the proper R.G.A.
Number. Obtain a R.G.A. Number by contacting us directly at ARS
toll free at (800)536-4242 or fax (909)785-0960. If an item is determined
to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at ARS's discretion.
An original Invoice with date of purchase will be required for this
warranty to be valid. Possession of the original Invoice is the
resposibility of the purchaser, not ARS. Purchaser must return the
part or parts to ARS, with all shipping or transportation charges
prepaid. If, in the judgment of ARS, this warranty does not apply
to the part or parts returned to the place of purchase, then purchaser
must prepay all return shipping and transportation charges from
the place of purchase to purchaser, in addition to those shipping
or transportation charges which purchaser shall have previously
prepaid.
Some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The
above warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to states.

Inc.
What Is Covered by
This Warranty
BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. warrants
this product, to the original purchaser only, against defects in
material or workmanship for one hundred eighty (180) days from the
earlier date of purchase or installation. Any defect must be communicated
to BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. by presentation of the product within
thirty (30) days from discovery. Within a reasonable time after
such notification, BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. will repair or replace
the part, using either new or rebuilt parts. No charge will be made
for repairing or replacing the part; however, labor for removal
or installation will be at the purchaser's expense. A part for which
replacement is made becomes the property of BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS,
INC. If BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, Inc. is unable to repair or replace
the product after a reasonable number of attempts, BEHR CLIMATE
SYSTEMS, INC. will refund to the purchaser the purchase price. The
option of repair or replacement shall be solely at BEHR CLIMATE
SYSTEMS, INC. discretion. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO
SERVICE PARTS MANUFACTURED AND/OR DISTRIBUTED BY BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS,
INC.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Return the defective part to the original
seller. A claim under this warranty must be accompanied by a specific
explanation of the problem the purchaser has experienced. Transportation
and shipping costs are at the sender's expense.
What is Not Covered by This Warranty
BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. does not
warrant any part not manufactured and/or distributed by BEHR CLIMATE
SYSTEMS, INC., or any part which was not new or BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS,
INC. rebuilt when acquired by purchaser. This warranty does not
apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse,
modification or misapplication; by damage during shipment; or by
improper service. This warranty does not apply if the product has
not been installed pursuant to instructions furnished with the product
and/or acceptable and recognized methods of installation as stated
in trade manuals.
Exclusion of Other Warranties and
Limitation of Duration
The warranty set forth above is exclusive
and in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written. The
agent, distributors and employees of BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC.
are not authorized to make medications to this warranty, or additional
warranties binding on BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. Accordingly, additional
statements, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties
and should not be relied upon. The duration of any implied warranties,
such as fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, is
limited to the identical duration of the express warranty.
Limitation of Liability for Special,
Incidental or Consequential Damages
BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. SHALL NOT
IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE,
OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Such damages include, but are not limited
to, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the equipment or
any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of any substitute
equipment, facilities or services, down-time costs, loss of time,
lodging, car rental, towing charges, loss of pay, or for any personal
injury whatsoever. In addition, BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. shall
not be liable for labor charges incurred in connection with the
removal or replacement of the product covered by this warranty.
Special State Law
Federal law requires the following
notice: "Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The above warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to states."

From time to time BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS,
INC. initiates changes in design or construction of service parts.
BEHR CLIMATE SYSTEMS, INC. assumes no responsibility or obligation
to provide or integrate these changes in service parts (or components
of such) previously manufactured.
