Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you have any problems
or questions concerning our products, please contact
us for assistance. If we are unable to resolve your problem
to your satisfaction, our return policy is:
- Buyer pays return shipping fees, 15% restocking fee on the
cost of all returned products and there are no refunds on shipping
charges.
- Since we do not sell used products, we are unable to accept
returns on items that show signs of installation.
- All sales final after 15 days from delivery date.
- Items damaged in shipping should be reported to the shipping
company.
- No returns on damaged items, if shipping damage(see above).
- No returns on radiators custom built to customer's specs.
